I just returned from a site visit to Tai Yuan, Shanxi Province, China. We took the express train out there from Beijing to see the completed demolishion of the preexisting restaurant that was occupying the site. Demolishion of the three story space took only 10 days, and exposed a hornets nest of piping that has to be adjusted for. In the photos you can see the facade which has been opened up in preperation of our new design. Construction starts today and is scheduled to be complete by August!
