I just returned from a site visit to the restaurant being built in Tai Yuan, Shanxi Province. The facade is continuing to move forward, and all the materials have been agreed upon for the interior. The photos include some material samples in addition to the site photos. We ended the visit with an on site feast where we all stood around a table with chopsticks in one hand and local liquor in the other.
